Homework cafés

The Danish Refugee Council and Esbjerg Public Library offer the children and teenagers of the municipality help with their homework free of charge.

• The name homework cafés was chosen because they do not just offer help with school work, but also a place to meet and have fun for kids from a non-Danish background (and others who might need a little help with their school work).

 

• Light refreshments are served during breaks and some of the cafés arrange little field trips, movie nights, and so on.

 

• The cafés are run by volunteers from the Danish Refugee Council.

 

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Mondays 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Wednesdays 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Wednesdays 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
