Get a text message or an e-mail 3 days before your loans have to be returned.

• Go to My data (click on the British flag to switch to the English version).

 

• Log in using your Social Security number and pin number.

 

• Add the cell phone number or e-mail address you wish to have the message sent to.

 

When you have done this, we will only send you messages to the address you have specified. This goes for both recalls and reminders as well as updates on your reserved items.

So it is very important that the information you have given us is correct, and that you read your text messages or e-mails every day.

If you receive a reminder and you wish extend the period of loan, you can do so by responding to the text message from the library.

Likewise, if you receive notification that one of your reserved items has arrived, and you do not want it after all, you can let us know by text message.

What it is exactly that you are supposed to do will be made clear in the text message from the library.
